- Business and operational information supplied in the onboarding form, including identifiers such as NPI, NCPDP, NABP and EIN.
- Signed attestation data (name, title, signature image, date).
- Standard technical data (IP address, browser type) processed by our hosting and caching providers.
How we use it
- To deliver onboarding, billing and revenue-cycle services you request.
- To communicate about your engagement and send the documents you ask for.
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
Storage and security
Data is stored on our hosting provider’s servers and transmitted over encrypted connections. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. We do not sell personal information.
