through this website and our client onboarding process, why we collect it, how it
is stored, and your choices.

### Information we collect

 * Contact details you submit (name, business name, email, phone, address).
 * Business and operational information supplied in the onboarding form, including
   identifiers such as NPI, NCPDP, NABP and EIN.
 * Signed attestation data (name, title, signature image, date).
 * Standard technical data (IP address, browser type) processed by our hosting and
   caching providers.

### How we use it

 * To deliver onboarding, billing and revenue-cycle services you request.
 * To communicate about your engagement and send the documents you ask for.
 * To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

### Storage and security

Data is stored on our hosting provider’s servers and transmitted over encrypted 
connections. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. We do not sell personal
information.
